By submitting a paste you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you publish. You agree not to use paste1 to host material that violates the Content Policy or any law that applies to you or your audience.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee of availability, durability, or that pastes will survive their nominal expiry. We may remove any paste at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, paste1 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any account or paste at our discretion, particularly in response to abuse reports or legal demands.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction. The specific governing law is configured by the deployment operator and may be displayed in the deployment’s public notice.
